A: The globe price ranges between hundreds US$ to thousands US$ depends on the finishing model, diameter size and the uniqueness of the globe. We have a dedicated section for sale items (Deals of the Month) and we often have a sale event that lowers the price to almost half of the normal price, just check our website from time to time and you might be lucky to have a really great price !
A: Reseller and wholesaler can contact us directly through our whatsapp or email to arrange a deal with us. Please keep in mind that we have a certain amount of minimum quantity to get the reseller / wholesaler price.

A: Yes, even though our globes are one of a kind unique piece, but we can make the same finishing model as requested. Just keep in mind that the texture and the shape of the wood will not be the same as it was on the globe that is out of stock.
A: Yes, if you’re currently in Bali, Indonesia or planning to visit Bali, you can come directly to our workshop in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. In here we keep almost all of our stock that you can select directly.
A: Yes, we are in partnership with DHL that provide express worldwide shipping. And we don’t charge any shipping cost for our globe(s) !
A: Yes, for every purchase of our globe through the website, we offer free shipping via DHL express to worldwide.
A: After you have made the payment, we will contact you via email to confirm the order and send the DHL airwaybill number of your shipment. You can use the airwaybill number in the DHL website to track the shipment of your order.
A: Usually DHL will take 5-7 days to deliver your shipment. Please keep in mind that we will need just a bit of time too to prepare the globe(s) packed securely.
A: We don’t have warranty for our globe(s) but we have insurance for the shipment. Every globe that is shipped will be thoroughly checked and documented so if there’s any problem when you received the globe, we can help you to get the insurance from the DHL.

A: The globe is handcrafted by skillful carvers from Tampak Siring, Bali, Indonesia. We packed and ship the globe(s) from Bali, Indonesia to worldwide.
A: The globe is made of recycled teak root from East Java, it is processed, hollowed, and finished with top grade materials that can secure the globe to last forever. Since the globe is made out of recycled teak root, hence the shape and accident are never the same. Sometimes we can get a full round shape, but often we have a bit of accident or unusual shape for the globe – but overall it still looks round and there’s some globes that are not round at all.
Precautions: Wooden products respond to changes in temperature and humidity by expanding and contracting slightly. Please keep the humidity in the 30 to 45% range and the temperature in room temperature of 15 to 26°C range, 365 days a year. Avoid placing products in an area where the sun will shine directly on it. Ultraviolet light from the sun and fluorescent fixtures can cause chemical changes in the wood and/or finishing. Keep products away from direct sources of heating and cooling. Avoid storing products in an attic or cellar-type environment. Inexpensive humidity gauges can be found/ purchased at your local hardware store. This tool can help to control the environment for slowing down the deterioration of wooden products or even prevent it altogether.
A: Usually our globe(s) doesn’t need any maintenance if kept in secure area with good humidity and temperature level. For the Sand finishing it will need some cleaning from time to time to remove the dust sticking permanently. Black Magnetite sand can use a liquid black shoe polish to make the black color more contrast if there’s dust that you cannot remove with brush or air sprayer. For the white acrylic resin globe(s) you can use a window glass cleaner to help it maintain the shininess and smoothness. Other globe(s) usually don’t need any special maintenance.
